Wow. That's terrible. You'd figure that they would *have* to have the venue dates reserved by now. Heck, they should have the date reserved for the 2014 event at the time the 2013 event was running. Sorry to hear that your travel plans are being adversely affected by the inexplicable absence of information from the organizers.

The thing is flight's from here tend to get dearer the nearer to the date you book, so every week is costing us money.

Maybe if they extended the "free Flight 's for attaining a qualifying time" that applies to N.America, then we wouldn't mind quite so much.

Roy, I think you're right in thinking the date was out before now last year, even if booking for the comp. only starts in December. Last year I booked my flight on 21 October and I'd been checking flight times and prices for some time before that. However London - Boston prices didn't go up that much afterwards, at least before January: travelling in- Feb. is pretty low season.

What about all the other countries around the world New Zealand etc etc. It could be the reverse story for them.

So I think it is irresponsible for the organisers to just sit on the date IF they know it has been agreed.

Totally agree Roy, the organizers should respect the overseas contingent. However, if you need more details, why not ask Ranger........ the ever disappearing man from Ann Arbor or some place in the states..lol

If they don't have a data and venue by now then they're doing a fairly terrible job of organizing IMO.
