Looks awesome.
My highlights were seeing that Danish woman set a WR in the first race, talking to Eskild E randomly, and seeing the German kid that missed his race somehow race with the girls in the heat after him and smash the junior times with his 5:51. And while volunteering I helped one of the two Dressigacker brothers set up the awards stand.
Chad, you look so relaxed, I'm pretty sure that's a good thing when breaking 7! And I will be getting RP this summer, no worries.

That German kid busted the chain at the start in his scheduled heat -- at least that is what they seemed to be announcing over the PA...I could not see it as I was watching one of the races on the sides at the timebloomp wrote:, and seeing the German kid that missed his race somehow race with the girls in the heat after him and smash the junior times with his 5:51.

Good Rowing Guys. I actually rowed at a small event on sunday myself called Tough Love in Portland, OR. It was organized by one of the original organizers of CRASH B (Tiff Wood)
I was pleased with my result as it was my first time at one of these competetions. I pulled a 6:43.8 and took third in thier masters class which went form 30-49. Maybe next year I might come to Boston.
Congrts to All who went and had the guts to go for it.

My admiration goes to all who competed, sat down on the erg, and for 2000 m gave it all they had. And for those, who like myself, fell short of personal goals, consider the following quote from Teddy Roosevelt:
