That is what I also think I heard.

It seemed to be a time around 6:35, which would be about right. It *was* a bit confusing between LWT and HWT divisions, though.

This webcast keeps repeating itself every 10 minutes! What a load of rubbish.

Roy rowed 6:46, which was second in his heat to a 6:45 by van Beuren, as far as I can tell. The replays are available sooner than you think. Click on the race 3 replay and just edit the URL from 3 to 4 and you'll get the race 4 replay.

It would be an improvement if C2 figured out how to get results posted asap and let details and video follow. Every big race (BIRC, EIRC and WIRC) brings the entire system tumbling down.

Hi,
If you do have any problems with the audio, pressing pause and then play, or probably refreshing the page should sort it out. One thing which has happened in that the Bullpen race that has just happened had no commentary, so there was seven minutes of background noise only...
Best,
David

No sprint finish from Roy which is unusual.
Well done Mike and Roy.
Great row from the new 55hwt WIRC champ!

Looks like Ripley's long standing 55+ HWT record has indeed gone.
Not clear where Roy came without knowing who was HWT & who was LWT in his race... 3rd I think - 6:46

Thats some effort to break Ripley's record, was it a massive German?
Roy will be gutted if he has come second by a second, it looks like he gave it everything though as he had nothing left at the end, well done Royco

When does Nik Flemming race?
My bet is that he annihilates the world record today.

He is not 40 yet he is still 39, the record is 5:51 i think, or quicker, he wont beat that, he may pb though, only on in another couple of hours in the senior/masters race.

I see he is in the 30-39 cat.
I thought he was in the 40+ cat.
He won't take the world record today then..........
