Thanks a lot for that one, BD. It shows the leader of the Mexican team coxing one of the members. He had also graciously volunteered to cox for me and I got a lot of benefit from it. I probably did a good 5 seconds better with his coxing than I would have done without it. He did a great job helping me to keep focused on my game plan, as well as bringing my technique back on line when fatigue caused me to stray.

Glad you liked the video Bob. Was excellent that you guy hit it off and that he pitched in to help you with your race :-) I had decided to video him in that race because his guy had made the erg jump rather vigorously on he first go that was aborted due to someone false starting. He made the erg jump just as much the second go and I think was the only one in the heat that pulled sub 1:20 splits at the start (as shown when I momentarily pointed the camera at the score board). Made for some good video IMHO.

Here is another video...not sure which heat this was...I should have taken notes ....

Oh, and here is one (not mine) of the Jr Felix Bach pulling that awesome 5:51.8. He looks like a giant next to the lightweight girl next to him.

In case anyone missed this video of CRASH-B 2010 Junior Heavyweight Men Felix Bach 5 51.8. He broke the chain in his original heat; so they let him go in the next race.(with the girls). Nice technique, and very strong kid.
