Hello Andreas, here is hoping you are well.

It has been a hard few months for me with some issues causing me no end of problems.

To answer your question, I am here, I will not be at BiRC as planned due to the above, I have lost many weeks of training, too many to be able to put in a worth while effort on the day.

God willing, I will make my return at WiRC 2007.

As for Dwayne Adams, he is still in hiding.

Have a good row at BiRC Andreas.
