Hi Mark,

Great report and it was very nice to meet you. What I understand I will meet you again in Birmingham --> very good. And yes it was great to be in Evesham: great atmosphere, great people!

I think you also need to work on getting your stroke rate up.

Blue line is pace (110 == 1:50/500, left hand scale), pink line is stroke rate (right hand scale)
