Hi. Is it possible to obtain a link to the times from the World Open Heats of 2023 that qualified for the Continental Knockout Heats ?

I would like to get a rough idea of the qualifying pace I would need to row for the 2000m mens’ lightweight 70+ category, before I decide to enter the championships, as I am relative new to rowing (competitive runner, cyclist, triathlete).
