Hi Dougie,

It's the Concept 2 SkiErg World Sprints from Nov 11 - 13, so the SkiErg Team have chosen the 1000m as the November CTC.

It'll just be a bog standard straight 1000m from a standing start with no restrictions.

can't we add some random intervals at a restricted öow pull rate using one arm, whilst whistling dixie ?

Ctc help....Anna logged a lwt world record last night on ctc and the one she did earlier in the month she was hwt, any idea how we remove the hwt time? Ie one athlete has two times now

Well done Sub7 for both winning the October challenge and, with sixteen, floating the most boats.
Some fantastic performances this month but Shirley Godkin and Anna Lewis deserve a special mention for their WR rows.
FIRT has the challenge for December, Free Spirits in January and Empty The Tank have the February nomination.
