Yes very well done and a Keen RowPro rower as well, who said none of the top rowers use it ?
Think he was going for a 1:56 average and the monitor showed a shade over 2:00 poace for the second 50Km so perhaps he went a little too fast on the first 50Km to end up on a 1:58 average so could have done even better perhaps, not that it mattered as he clinched it anyway. Fantastic effort, anyone who has done even the FM knows how hard it is, let alone at that pace as LWT ! fantastic
