Post by romad63 » February 12th, 2009, 12:53 pm

thought I'd post to see who on here is going to the crash b's.

I'm going out on Friday the 20th and making a weekend of it and staying at the royal sonesta.

I'll be driving down on the morning of the races from home in Newburyport, bringing Citroen (Dougie Lawson) with me.

I will be out from Long Beach, along with my son Robbie. His 1st CRASH-B, and my... ooops! too embarassing to mention how many for me.

Several other LBRA rowers coming, too. Sure they'll post soon.
Only a few more days to go!

Dan,

I will be going to the Bs, but I live close by.

Most of the Brits are going to be staying at the Sonesta, but I see you know that...

Your post on the UK forum...

" yes that was rude of me - apologies

my name is dan romand and i'm an ergoaholic

i'm rowing in the heavyweight 40-49 and basically just looking for a new PB (current is 6:34.2)"

You stole my ergaholic line!

Enjoy the vacation. If I around I will send good thoughts. Good luck!

Emily

I will be going for the first time. Looking forward to watching all of you (who know what you are doing) and picking up some tips for a future competition. This one - I am just looking to finish and not be last!

I am also local to Boston. I hope it doesn't snow. Enjoy the weekend everyone.
