Post by Kinley » November 28th, 2008, 6:07 pm

Got the ball rolling today with a leisurely (as befits my lack of fitness) 15k.

I'm up to 24K for two days. I admit I'm tech challenged, but I can't find the link to the Holiday Challenge honor board (to see who is already at 1 million meters  ). Little help, please....
Mark Underwood. Rower first, cyclist too.

Anybody else gunning for 200K after rowing approx. zero meters so far this season?

I don't know what the hell happened this year, but I went totally off the rowervation. No time like now to get back on, I suppose.

Gak.

my goal for this challenge is 350k or a little more than 10k a day. Step down from my usual goals but I am focusing more on erg race prep than racking meters this year. Quality over Quantity I guess :)

Started rowing a few months ago and am looking to row 200,000 meters for the Holiday challenge. So far I'm up to 44,000.

hey gang,47 m harley rider from Wisconsin, been an avid cardio guy for 6 yrs or so.I have looked into changing my routine, having never been on a rower before,I dug deep in the info on the C2 model E.I ordered one,and it arrived Nov 26,just as planned,so I could take part in the Holiday Challenge.I am currently at 36,000 metres, with my Tuesday workout to be added later today when I get home, which is going to be 7,500 more.My goal is 200,000.If anyone reading this has or know someone that rides a harley, shoot me an email and lets see what we can do to form a team.....

Hey! I'm a WI rider, too. Not on a Harley, though. And if by chance I should ever fly by you, I just want you to know it's nothing personal. B)

Cheers,
Ann
