Ducks and Friends Together are participating
Hello Everyone, The Ducks and Friends Together team is open for the Fall Rowing Challenge. Visit your logbook, go to the teams page and sign up for this challenge. Log your meters between 9/15 and 10/15 (see the Fall Challenge page for details). You can sign up until Sep 30!! Let's get rowing together again. Remember how motivating and fun it was to row together last January!!!! Everyone is welcome. I'll have to sit this one out as I'm 6 weeks out of rotator cuff surgery. But, I'll be cheering the Ducks on!! denise
Thanks so much for doing the DAFT team management. We are back from vacation, I got my knee checked out; so like it or not I need to row again, albeit not too much at first.
I'll sign up, put on the classic R&R and contribute a few meters.

Hi
Hi Grams...great to hear from you. Thanks for signing up on the FRC team. I am rehabbing from shoulder surgery and just got the go ahead today to ROW!!! I'm so excited...even if it is on #1 Damper for 5 minutes. I should be able to increase slowly. Hope your rehab goes well. denise

A few more days to sign up
Hey Ducks. There are a few more days to sign up for the Fall Rowing Challenge. Go to your logbook, teams page and find the Fall Rowing Challenge sign up. There are 17 members on the team today and we have moved up from 54th place last week to 35th place! Great team effort!! I just got the go-ahead (since shoulder surgery) to try rowing--only 5 minutes for starters, but I'm thrilled. So, I can at least add a few measly meters. denise
