One million metres row for Multiple Sclerosis

Post by Caroline » May 13th, 2009, 5:37 pm

My aim is to row one million metres in under a year and raise money for the Multiple Sclerosis Society in memory of my mum who died on May 19th 2002. I'll have to row about 5,000 metres on my C2 every day to achieve my goal. You can follow my progress on my blog at http://carolinesmillionmetres4ms.blogspot.com/
Has any one got any tips for keeping up motivation?
Any tips for better performance?

I am over half way through my one million metres row for MS! My current total is 531,418 metres. Out of the 104 days of the rowing season I have managed an average of 5,110 metres a day. So far I have raised £500 for the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
