This weekend (4-6 August 2006) I am organizing the 2. Ladies Race. 5KM online
Here are some informations:

Distance: 5KM
Date: The weekend 4-6 August
Hourtime: Main Races at 5th August 19:00GMT. Other races at
your desired time
Where?: On Supercanoa (http://www.supercanoa.com)
Every Ladies are welcome for free
What to do? You have an Ergometer with PM3 or PM2+ Monitor (or PM4?)
and one PC with Internet Explorer 6.0 and Internet Access then
you have all you need
To participate, register on supercanoa and you will receive
the tutorials how to install the software

I count with your participation. Pace is not important. Only
Sweat and fun

***For registered ladies with installed software: if you have some PC knowhow
please overwrite your scconnector.exe file with the new (Version 1.46)
You find it under "Download the Client" Section ***

I am going to do my 5K at 14:30 GMT on Saturday morning if anybody wants to join me. I am not a morning person so we'll see how it goes.

Arlene, I will try that Thomas' wife rows with you. I will mail Thomas

Every ladies are welcome. Mail me if you need a test together
to know the system. I have some tutorials that help
get things working easier
