Ducks and Divas

Hello all,
You may have noticed that the Divas team invitation has disappeared from the top of the forum. There just wasn't enough interest in having a 60's and over subgroup.
The Divas have joined DIAR, where we can give grandmotherly advice and post an occasional recipe or two.
For my initiation into DIAR I have chosen a new nickname and avatar. Just call me Grandma Duck. (I am still grams on the forum.)
Wikipedia describes Grandma Duck thusly: 'Grandma Duck is in many ways the head of the Duck-family. She is normally the one who arranges the family's Christmas celebrations and she's known as an excellent cook with pies as one of many specialities.
She's old-fashioned enough to drive a car that looks like a motorized "surrey with the fringe on top", (mine is an '88 Dodge van poptop camper) and she is industrious enough, even at her advanced age, to milk her own cows and slop her own hogs.
Keep on erging!
