Welcome women rowers! Whether you are new to the Indoor Rower or have erged forever, this is a home within a home for you. Of course, the whole forum is yours to use too. And the men are welcome here on our turf, as well; so long as they behave!
You can view the entire training forum (including the women's forum) by visiting www.c2forum.com
If you would prefer to bookmark just the women's forum, use http://www.c2forum.com/viewforum.php?f=5
Look around, kick off your shoes, make yourself comfortable, and let us know you are there. Post a message on the Brand New to the Forum thread. Let us know how you found us, what you like about the forum, what you’d like to know, anything at all!
Be sure to check out FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) at the top of the Training Forum. The search function is also very helpful. Find it to the right of the FAQ link above. Search can help you find information on any topic that has been discussed in the forum. And that’s just about anything you can imagine having to do with indoor rowing.
Don’t worry too much about where to post your thoughts and questions. Lots of health related questions are also weight related. Women have training, health and weight related concerns (among others). Post your questions on the general forum in specific subforums or within the women’s forum, as you like.
