Join Ducks In A Row, Women's Virtual Team

Post by c2bill » March 27th, 2006, 12:23 pm

Ducks in a Row is a virtual team for all women indoor rowers. No matter how long you have been rowing, no matter how fast or slow you may be, Ducks in a Row, welcomes you. Virtual teams provide a little more solidarity between members within the huge family of Concept2 indoor rowers. There are teams associated with schools, real rowing clubs, and other affinity groups – like seniors, and users of RowPro internet racing softwear. You can see a complete list of virtual teams by clicking the University/Club standings link on the Ranking page of the Concept2 site. All the meters you log in your personal Concept2 logbook will accrue to the virtual team of your choice and move the team up in standings. In the future, there may be a newsletter or some other communication between all the Ducks. The team can be whatever members want it to be.

It is easy to join Ducks in a Row. Go to the Personal Log book page from the Concept2 Home Page. If you have not already registered, register as a New User so that you can log your meters, rank your workouts and join the Ducks! If you are already registered, update your Profile. There is a field called College/University affiliation at the bottom of the Profile form. Select Ducks in a Row from the pull down menu of choices (the Ducks in a Row team is found under the virtual team heading at the bottom of the list) Then click Update to confirm your new profile. Then join in the fun!
