we are have been seat racing for the past two weeks and my and another teamate are tied so are and there are only a couple more day until a line up is made to travel... in these next days we are doing more seat racing. I know i have streangth and heart i have a few problems on focusing my aggression on the piece at hand i need to harness this now not just in race day and i was wondering i anyone had tips that they use in being more aggresive and what to think about while doing my 3 -4 min seat racing piece thank you for your help
