Hello,,, I am new to Concept 2,, was introduced to rowing through my Xfit class,, and fell in love with it , After a couple years was able to get my own Erg,, and am loving it. I was just wondering if there is anywhere on the site that post a daily workout,, Like a mixup of intervals or something. I am still learning all the diffrent settings and stuff on the monitor , And have done a few of my own,, but was just wondering??? so glad to be here ,, and hope I get to meet some of you here on the forum. There is so much to learn.

I am a triathlete and Crossfitter as well,, its so fun trying to fit it all in :D

have a good day,,

Hi Tammy, Welcome to the forum. The Concept2 folks post a workout of the day here: http://www.concept2.com/us/interactive/ ... theday.asp

Also, you can start using a training plan. There are 3 or 4 pretty widely used versions. If you'r interested, I can point you in that direction.

Finally, there is a book "75 erg workouts" that you can order through JL racing. I've never read it, but it looks pretty interesting on line.

I just found this fishing around the web. It's a compendium of the nastiest, most brutal erg workouts that rowers have ever experienced. Makes for a good read.
