When I set my goals for February I forgot I'd be away from home half the month! With just a few days left, I tried for a new PB in the 60' but aborted after 40 minutes. I'd kept the pace that long but was running out of breath. Not too bad, considering how few times I'd rowed this month. I feel like its within reach anyway.
Just a few days left to try for a new PB in the 500...that may be harder. My sprinting has stalled out. But I'll try in the next few days.
On a better note, I'm avoiding all refined sugar for the next couple of months. I've had a little, but overall that's going well. I've been better about controlling snacking and cutting back on coffee. Now if I can just keep the improved diet habits AND keep up the exercise at the same time ...
