Grrr ... lost the data on my log card

Post by lovebug » December 10th, 2007, 9:32 am

This morning after finishing my row i went to go back and look at the history on my log card and its all GONE!

The rolling meters are all still there, but the individual workouts aren't. Luckily Ive been trackin on my online logbook too, but am still pretty bummed. It was neat to see everything start to stack up as I have been spending more time on the ERG each month.

I dont think that I ever yanked it out when it told me not to, so Im not sure what happened. Anyone have any idea of ways to see if the data is still there?

Download V6.0 of the LogCard Utility.
http://www.concept2.com/us/support/soft ... d_utility/

It will fix all known (transient, fixable) errors on logcards.

Thanks so much! I was able to get all my data back where it belonged pretty easily. Had to do the firmware update with my work laptop to get the PM3 to work with my personal mac but all went well. :)

Now you've done that it should work with the Mac next time. The logcard utility runs on a Mac and the latest version includes a firmware updater.
