Hey all! How has March madness gone for you? We are almost there. Anyone going to try for a whole/half marathon in April? I have managed 2-3 days a week of rowing. Have been hiking & on the treadmill too. I am almost to my 1st 1 million! Hope you all had a good month. Keep on rowing!

Sorry to hear March hasn't been good to you, Margaret and Arlene - and I hope you've recovered from your fall. And fish - sorry, don't know your real name! - are you still in there? I need 2 more rows, and have three days to do it - I'm definitely down to just rowing 5km! I've packed on so many km since the start of the HC (844,000+) that 25-30 minutes really doesn't feel like a workout...but I've also managed a lot of PB's :D after a two year dry spell, which is a nice bonus for all the time I've spent on the erg since I lost my job in November! I'm back at work now, so I'm hoping to get down to a more sensible training schedule - like maybe thinking 30 minutes is just fine!
Grams - my thanks to you for the 8km, strapless, 20spm suggestion - I do it twice/week and am astounded by my results.
I'm hoping to do a marathon in April - it'll depend on how much I end up working - I may have to settle for a half. Good luck with the training, Lori - try the Grams workout!
