Sad death of Carole MacNally

Post by suemog » February 15th, 2007, 10:17 am

It is with the deepest sadness that I have to tell everyone who knew Carole that she passed away in Christie's hospital overnight.

Carole's struggle with cancer has been followed by all on the UK forum. I know my thoughts are with her husband Steve and her family. The diagnosis of her illness and the rapidity of its progress has shocked us all. I can only say that I am relieved that Carole is now at peace and no longer suffering the pain and symptoms of the severe cancer that she had.

Sue,
Thank you for letting us know. I am very sorry to hear the news :( :( . Although I don't follow the UK forum, Carole was on the previous version of this forum quite a lot, and the new once in a while. She was very enthusiastic about rowing, and encouraging others with rowing. Please pass on my condolences and best wishes to her husband, family and friends.

I am so sorry to hear about Carole. I remember reading her posts on the old forum.
