A few initial posts about the StrengthErg were scattered around the forum until this new StrengthErg was given its own section. The old Dyno machine was mentioned as was the following video comparing the Dyno and StrengthErg

It seems to me that the most obvious difference is that the new StrengthErg takes up less space.

The individual in the video has not used the StrengthErg yet, so he cannot really comment on some of the more subtle differences.

I used the DYNO in the past, and did not find that I got a good workout from it. I'm curious to know if this new and improved version is much better in this regard.
