Hi all crossposting this from my Reddit post. So I got a Rowerg recently and I liked how sturdy it is so I got a BikeErg too (I work from home and I hate going to the gym) and I thought I’d invest in my own equipment. This unit actually will be replaced tomorrow as it already has cosmetic damage, the box arrived dilapidated but the BikeErg parts were all intact. The seller said he’ll replace. I tested this unit though and this is the PM5 display, I’m guessing this is the force curve like how the force curve in Rowerg) is this normal? So tomorrow when the new one arrives I know what to check. The pedals of this one were also clunky, I’ve read that the left part has to be loosened/reinstalled but despite that, the display curves still look like this. I’m new to Concept2 and I only got this because I'm amazed at the quality of the Rowerg but for BikeErg, I’m not sure what to expect. Thanks in advance!

If you want a proper power curve you need to move to something like a WattBike.

Its pretty interesting sure but even then I all but ignore it, Raw power, cadence and heartrate is all I'm interested in.
