Different gaps between cranks and frame

Can kindly check if gaps between cranks and frame are IDENTICAL? Mine are approximately 3 mm for the left and 0.5 mm for the right.
I do not remember if was this way or happened after have re-seated the left one (was getting loose, the "famous" clank noise occurring, now completely fixed and crank very firm, but has that gap)
NOTE are previous model cranks

MIne are the same. Est. 3mm.

Mine both have a gap like your second picture.
