Anyone out there able to help on this one please.
Yesterday my son started a Triathlon. Order was Row to Ski to Bike
Set up was made using RowErg as the master.
iPhone was also hooked up to Erg Data.
During the transition fro Row to Ski the prompt came up on the iPhone screen asking if session had finished and then 14mins into the Ski, there was a system failure and monitor stopped.
Today same set up, transition from Row to Ski was ok no problems but then after starting on Bike after transition from Ski, the Bike monitor crashed after 4 seconds.

Looks like it has sorted. On third “go” all went well

Happened again today on rower after BikeErg and SkiErg, 10mins into rower leg, froze

Got a reply from Alex Dunne at C2 Uk
Will get the set up wired and take it from there.
Mean while the athlete is preparing for the World Champs

I've run into this.

#1 Update all your PM5's to latest firmware

#2 Wired connections ( If Polar H10 / ANT connections )

#3 Updated phone

#4 If all else fails. Reset bluetooth cache on phone. Android 12 problem for sure.

#5 Contact Concep2 support.

Had the same thing during a middle distance ergathlon. Bought two ethernet cables to connect the erg and had no problems since - including a long distance ergathlon. Very annoying if you are focussed on a workout and it crashes, hope you sorted it out.
