Good day

I just purchased a BikeErg as an addition to my RowErg, which I have since 2017.

When I assembled it I noticed that it was rocking from left to right quite a bit so I adjusted the leveling feet on the back stand of the machine accordingly. I tried out different floors, suspecting that the wooden floor might be warped slightly and therefore the BikeErg is rocking, but without luck, it was the same in other places. Is that normal or is there something bent in my machine? Do you have the same experience with your BikeErg having to adjust the leveling feet, even if on a perfectly even floor?[

I have just looked on mine and I have flat rubber pads on the front rail that has the wheels on, probably 5 mm thick, are they both there? On the back rail there adjustable rubber blocks, maybe and inch thick they unscrew if needed to balance the bike out. The information booklet does not say anything about the back feet being adjustable, its only because you mentioned it and I have just looked that I have found out lol.
Mine is in the living room on carpet and seems ok.
Is any of the rails bolts cross threaded?
Put a small spirit level on the floor rails and see if each side is level, one of the bars could be slightly out.
If you can, take them off and remount them, ours came already bolted up and yours may not be attached straight possibly.
When you have the floor rails off look down them and check one is not bent.
I have actually just found a hole through one of my end caps in the rails, I did not even know it was damaged as it it was just deliverd in the box and the bloke left quickly, no time to unbox it and check it, but there is a hole in the box where this end cap would have been. Seeing as the floor rails are attached it does not even occur to me to look them over!

I use rear leveling feet in when have BikeErg in old cellar. That floor is extremely uneven. Otherwise bike sits level.

Thank you for having a look. Both rubber pads on the front rail you mentioned are on mine as well. Checked all bolts for cross threading but found nothing. Unscrewed both back and front rail and checked with a spirit level, both are absolutely straight, so no luck there. When I screwed the rails back on, the problem remained. There might be a problem mit the front or back leg that they are bent ever so slightly. I will contact C2-support, maybe they are aware of any problems.
