Bikerg, Damper Settings, Grade
This may not be a straightforward answer, but figured I'd ask anyway. I just got my bikeerg today (also have the erg,) and was wondering if the damper settings can be matched to a specific grade? I live in the rocky mountains and need to train on various grades to be able to ride out here effectively. I bought the bikeerg to so that I can keep up my mountain biking (which is beginner level atm) during the winter.

Yes. Simply set the damper to match your cadence and effort up the hills.
If you spin up the hills, set the damper so you're spinning at 90+ rpm, or whatever cadence you spin up the hills.
If you want to practice standing, then set the damper quite a bit higher, to match the cadence that you use when standing.
