I connect PM5 and android cell phone. After some repetitions the PM5 software stops responding. I have to open the battery compartment and remove a battery to reset. You have encountered this problem. Do you know a solution?

What firmware version is it running? If it's not V323 then you need to upgrade.

the firmware is updated to the latest version.
The problem also occurs not by connecting the cellphone. (Random)

Check the battery level on the PM5 menu. Also check that the battery is sitting snugly. I had an issue a while back when the PM5 on my rower froze a couple of times or dropped out. I checked the batteries and one of them was slightly dislodged. I took the opportunity of replacing the battery so I can't be sure if it was the level or the positioning but whichever it was, the problem hasn't recurred.
