I've just received my BikeErg and connected to Zwift without any troubles but trying to connect to Road Grand Tours or Virtugo are another thing altogether!
Has anyone tried connecting the bike and the two programmes? it's not the end of the world but it would be nice to figure out why I can't connect.
Wattbike works just fine with all three.
