Zwift technical problems

Hello everyone I was hoping someone can assist me. I have been zwifting for 3 months now on my bike erg now and love it. It's really the only form of excersise I can do right now because of injuries. Yesterday I tried to go on the app and ride as usual after work but my avatar would not move. The blue box displaying watts was not reading anything. I deleted the app and put in new batteries hoping it would work but no luck. The app recognizes my bike erg because it displays it in the app but not power to move. Has anyone encountered the same problem. Don't want to be stuck in the winter unable to ride.

The Concept2 team and Zwift are both working on this issue. I have been in contact with each and the last update interrupted the communication between the PM5 and Zwift. I received an email from Zwift yesterday advising that they are working on a solution.

FYI, my zwift has had no problems.
PM5, v319, lenovo windows 10 with garmin ant dongle.
Zwift did update recently, but that caused no problems. Good luck.

I'm a victim too. No watts, but cadence registers (but kinda spotty). It keeps giving me rpm errors (enough that Zwift emailed me wondering if I was trying to cheat). I guess I'm happy to know this isn't an isolated incident. I hope they get it fixed soon, rides just aren't the same without Zwifting.

I'm starting to think it's the latest 319 firmware on the PM5. I really started having problems after updating. I've tried other apps like Trainer Road and Sufferfest to see if the PM5 would connect to them. Exact same issue. They will find the PM5, call it a power meter, may or may not register as a cadence meter, then receive no signal from the PM5.
Does anybody know where I can find the 313 version of the firmware? I'd like to go back please.

Oh I have. Honestly Zwift has been way more responsive in trying to figure out what is going on. This forum is not very active based on the last post dates unfortunately. I was hoping for a home-grown solution if the vendors can’t do anything.

What computer and OS?
Connecting with ANT +FE -C?
ANT dongle in USB?
I didnt notice any changes after 319.
Any software updates on computer?
You've probably checked everything,
but just trying to see if something might
have been missed...

How about reinstalling 319 in the PM5?
Also, Zwift folks often recommend an extension for
the ANT dongle to get it closer to the trainer which for us would be the PM5.

I’ve experienced the same thing on:
iPad Mini
IPhone
MacBook Pro with and without usb Ant dongle
Windows 10 PC with both Bluetooth and Ant Dongles
Trainer Road shows the same thing, a connection to the PM5
for the power meter but no signal. Sometimes cadence works but it’s spotty.
I tried reinstalling the 319 firmware over the weekend, didn’t
help.
Zwift was previously functional on all my Apple products and the
PM5. I brought out a PC in desperation to see if it was some sort of Apple
update that hosed everything up. I swear it’s the PM5, has to be.

Any way to get your hands on another pm5?
My firmware is 319 and hardware version is 620.
Datecode is 1942017.
SFE version is 310.
All this under product ID.
Maybe some hardware difference since mine works?

In a nutshell, Zwift has acknowledged that in their last update there was a change that affected (broke) the ble (not ant) connectivity to our PM. They have come up with a fix that we have successfully tested and will be published within a week. C2JonW
