How can you add oil to the chain? It makes somekind brawl noise when you pedal backwards

I read the manual at https://www.concept2.com/support/bikeer ... schematics and it doesn't mention anything about oiling the chain.

I'd suggest you contact Concept2 and ask them what their policy is and how you do it if it's necessary maintenance.

BikeERG uses a belt not a chain. You can find a schematic on the site. https://www.concept2.co.uk/files/pdf/us ... TAIL-X.svg

Does the noise sound like it is coming for the crank or the flywheel or somewhere in between. The BikeERG actually has two belts: one from the crank to an idler pulley that increases the RPM, and one from that to the crank.

My guess is one of the bearings or pulleys is lose or rubbing on something. Concept 2 gives instructions for how to take off the cover to have a look. IIRC, that involves removing pedal(s) so not quite as trivial as one would hope.
