Pedal issue on 6 new bikes

Hello i bought 6 bikerrgs and all have the same issues, what could be it ? :shock:

I'd contact C2 and ask them.

I'd also be interested to hear what C2 says. Six bikes all exhibiting the same behavior is a little odd.

I know this thread is old but I just got my bike erg two days ago and thought I had a similar problem. The issue was that the right crank arm was not tightened enough.
59m, 5'6" 160lbs, rowing and skiing (pseudo) on the Big Island of Hawaii.
