PM5 after update

Wondering if anyone can help. A few months back I tried to update the firmware on my PM5 on my Bike Erg. Since then it has not worked properly. Every time I begin to use it, it says it is updating again, goes all the way to 100% and then turns off and does the same thing again.

I can’t get it to pick up my monitor on the C2 erg app either when I hit connect.

Anyone had any issues or have a fix for this?

Are you updating from a USB stick? You might try the Concept 2 Utility, which is free but requires a laptop and a USB printer (A to B) cable.

Yea, this. I moved to using utility on windows with usb lead.

Factory default reset it.

Update it with a USB cable to a laptop.
