Riding 2:23 pace (120 watts) at 44 drag factor is about 83 rpm.
Thus, riding 90 rpm at 44 drag factor would be around 2:12 pace (152 watts).
It might be possible to block and calibrate the drag to go lower, but I've not tried it and don't know.
For me, the standard drag factor range is fine, as I'm usually between 90 and 150, and the range is 44 to 225.

I have to lean on the handlebars to pedal out of the saddle. I only do it for 10-15sec for some switch of position. Other than that I pedal sitting.
