Not sure if its been discussed before, but as i'm new i thought i'd ask again.
I'm after changing the pedals on my bikeerg. I think having the two sided pedals are best option, normal on one side for when i use the bike as part of a workout and have trainers on, and then a clip in method on the other side when i just want to sit on the bike and churn out some miles. Any recommendations?

Re: Pedals
The bikes in my gym (which I may visit some time in the future) have Shimano M540s. They're flat one side, SPD on the other.
The cranks have the standard (9/16ths 20 TPI) thread, so any pedals will fit. The hardest part with fitting/removing pedals is the left-hand thread on the left pedal.

Re: Pedals
I ride speedplay pedals outside. I found a platform/plate on Amazon that I could attach to a speedplay cleat (thing that goes on shoe). Speedplay are two sided, so one side I can clip in with my cycling shoes (for zwift) and then for wods I can use the flat side. This would work for any clip-in system. I am pretty sure there are "two-sided" pedals with flat on one side and something (spd) on the other. For me that wouldn't work because I didn't want a diff pair of shoes. I like the no-float on speedplay. I do find some play when I use the flat side.
