Is there any way to figure out what intensity you should go for each WOD - long/med/short?
i.e. a short workout of 2km @ 80rpm, 2km @ 70rpm, 2km @ 80rpm, 2km @ 90rpm, 2km @ 80rpm.

I don't do those, but usually like to go at a faster intensity.
