Inserting PM5 into handlebar

Post by djetal » November 18th, 2020, 12:09 am

I received my BikeErg today and everything went great in assembly unitl I tried to put the PM5 into the handlebar stem. It absolutely will not go in. Has anyone else had this problem?

I couldn't fit the handlebar into my BikeErg also. It was a huge disappointment, especially because it was on a Friday afternoon over the Labor Day Weekend and I live in California. I had to wait until Tuesday to contact Concept2 for help. The only solution was to send me a replacement handlebar. After waiting weeks the BikeErg was delivered on September 4th. The new handlebar arrived on the 14th, 10 days later.

Inserting the new handlebar was tight, but eventually it went in. It has been a little over three months and the handlebar has loosened quite a bit. As soon as I post I am going downstairs to workout. This morning I have decided to get my first FTP reading.
