Pace Rider

Can you manually set a pace for the pace rider on the PM5 and BikeErg.

Yes. On the rower it's called Optional Pace Boat, in the last line of the selected type of New Workout (single distance, single time etc).
08-1940, 179cm, 75kg post-op (3 bp).
