However inputting today's Easy workout involved entering a 69 keystroke sequence (buttons A-E) to input the pyramid workout from 1000 metres down to 200 metres and back up again!
I managed to enter it correctly at the second go!
Two questions:
- 1. If I accidentally press the wrong key when entering the sequence, is there a way of going back a step or is the only option to start off again?
2. Can I save a workout (to do again in a couple of weeks or whenever) or do I have to input all the keystrokes all over again?
