What do you do have to do when calibrating the BikeErg?

I got mine yesterday and out of curiosity tried "verify calibration" - it just asked me to pedal a bit (10-15 sec) and then stop.

I should have posted a reply to myself as I tried a bikeERG a day later at the Welsh IRC and had to calibrate ... still waiting for the bikeErg launch in the UK.
