Firmware Update Problem

Using USB drive to attempt update Bikerg firmware from v310 to v313, When I use the Concept2 utility my only choice for firmware update is Skierg v722. Help.

Have you got V7.08.01 installed?

If not, try that.
If you have get in touch with Concept2 for hardware support.

Actually the latest I have is v7.08.02 and the only firmware update on that release are rower 24 and skierg 7.24 - nothing for the bikeerg

Then you'll need to call Concept2.

Started the update process from scratch and the second time it worked just fine. BikeErg firmware now at v313.
