I am thinking of doing an individual 100,000m row for charity early next year. Has anyone done one and any tips for training and the actual event would be appreciated.

you may be better off joining one of the rowing communities on facebook. seem to be much more forthcoming. try "Endurance Indoor Rowing (concept2)"
