adding Peloton workouts

I'm a newbie, as I only got the Concept 2 D rower in October and have gradually worked my way up to wanting to join the challenges and have just completed 25 days of rowing for the March challenge.
I already have a Peloton. For the challenges, for example the April Fools challenge coming up, is it acceptable to manually add Peloton workouts under Bike ERG type to have them count or is that frowned upon?
