Cognisant of the amazing feats completed by many on this forum I just wanted to advertise my efforts to complete a Concept 2 marathon next weekend (21 Apr 13) on the day of the London Marathon in aid of a UK charity called CHICKS (I have been unable to get a LM ballot place for 5 years so decided to row the distance instead!!). The charity I'm supporting is Country Holidays for Inner City Kids - basically giving respite care to kids who have a bad deal in life. I've been training hard and cracked a 2hr row today as my final endurance row before next week (30,214m) - feeling a tad tired now!!!!
