quick meters not working

I had been entering meters for one of my team members but lately every time I go to the team managers page to try to enter them - it won't let me enter any meters. I'm not sure why it stopped working for me. I had been entering them for her since she had told me she wasn't able to log onto her profile. It's not that many meters but I'd still like to enter them.
Any suggestions/solutions? Thanks

January virtual team challenged ended at 00:00 EST this morning. Happy February.

These are meters that she rowed during January AND it wouldn't let me enter them during January. I tried several times before the JVC ended (yesterday and a few other times last week.) Also one is allowed to enter meters for the JVC until Feb 4th so why not quick meters?
I want to get this figured out before the deadline for entering JVC meters.
