So back to the topic of drag factor/damper settings...
A guy in my club who is 37 or 38, just won the C.I.R.C. for the age group below his (27-35) by pulling a 6:32. He says he sets his DF at 140. He's not a huge guy but obviously pretty fit. I bet some of you guys would do well around the 140 range.

Got my Man & Machine gear last week. Did 1kM on the erg and 20 push-ups for 7 sets then ran 2 miles. You don't realize you're doing so many push-ups. Acutally gives you a fresh feeling returning to the erg after the push-ups and makes ticking off the next 1kM a littler quicker.
Push-ups using the RAR and bar are very unique and they feel more concentrated - glad it got it.
