- Progress logged between Tue 22 Jan 06:00 GMT and Wed 23 Jan 06:00 GMT.
- Fighting spirit is a measure of your proportional rate of ascent of the rankings. 100% means you've maintained your place in the overall rankings. If you were ranked at 200, and climbed to place 180 in the 2 days since you last logged any distance, your Fighting spirit would be ((200-180)/(200x2) + 1) x 100 = 105%. Similarly, if you were ranked at 1000 and climbed to place 950 in one day, your Fighting spirit would also be 105%.
- A '/' means yesterday's logged distance has been split between the number of days since you last logged any metres (or day 14, when these stats were started.)
Well done to all the above for pushing TIMBUK2 onwards.

Pat and Team - Sorry to say I have to reduce my meters somewhat - the long rows combined with very long office hours are causing some fatigue and slowing me down on my 2000 times this week. Concerned about my preparation for Pittsburgh Sprints on Feb 2. Will have to focus more on speed and get a little more rest. I'll do what I can to keep some meters coming in for Timbuk2.

No problem!!Get your rest and pace yourself for your competition.Training is very important. We don't want you to experience fatigue and lose sight of your primary goals. We are a team..we row together with each of us in mind. Our strength is in each other and as a whole.So..row as you can and your efforts are amazing!! best of luck in your training and no need to apologize!!

Congratulations to Dave Horrigan! TIMBUK2's rower of the day.
What a great day for TIMBUK2...lots of members working sustainably to up their personal and the teams standing. Fantastic!
Well done to all the above for pushing TIMBUK2 onwards.
I should apologise for my own lack of meterage recently---I've been resting a groin-strain injury. Should be back on the ergo tomorrow. Be careful all, a little often is much easier on your body than a half marathon in one sitting....believe me. Sustainability is king, even if there's not long now!
