6th ........ ARRGH! Looks like time to crank it up a bit!!! (sorry I let the meters slip a bit this weekend - done slacking).
I just ran across this quote - thought it was petty good and quite appropriate:
" No member of a crew is praised for the rugged individuality of his rowing." (Ralph Waldo Emerson)
Welcome new team mates!!!
GO TEAM!!

Now that most team members will have settled into something resembling a routine, I figured it's time to introduce a new way to give members some acknowledgment for their daily efforts. It's not about how far we paddle, but how well we're meeting and sustaining our personal daily/weekly goals.
So let's give a big round of applause to all those who passed significant milestones, or who maintained or exceeded their daily average.
Day 14 daily personal progress report
Milestone acheivers

Nice work on stats!
Way to go TEAM TIMBUK2!!!
Each of you have your own unique and valuable technique/talent/ability to make the team, as a whole, as successful as it has been.It is an honor to row with you!!Every meter is important.Be it 2000 or 20,000.As important it is to the team..how does the rowing impact your own goals, lifestyle and desire to meet any challenge head on.
To date there are 2865 rowers, 222 teams and over 169 million meters rowed.Awesome numbers and we are WAY up there.
